Hisham is the chairman of Nex Consultants. He is an accomplished leader with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Auditing, backed up with prestigious certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), Certified Budgeting Professional (CBP), Certified Strategic Planner and a member of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) USA, Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA). He possesses a distinguished career with Ministry of Finance, UAE as Senior Financial Controller (1995 -2006) and as General Manager of Al Taher Group. He is also holding the position of General Secretary, Asian Chess Federation.
Davis Kadavan
Founder & Managing Partner
Davis Kadavan is the founder and managing partner of the Nex Consultants. He oversees and actualizes the creation, vision, and overall direction of the company while formulating and implementing strategic plans to best serve its clients. Davis has an in-depth working knowledge of the United Arab Emirates labour rules, immigration laws , company formation process , corporate compliance and corporate structuring. His decade of experience enabling him to lead his clients to provide top-notch customer service. Davis obtained his graduation in Economics , Masters in Managerial Economics and Certified Marketing Management Professional.

John Varghese is the CEO & partner of Nex Consultants . He is having over three decade years of experience in Auditing, Business Advisory services, startups, Merger and Acquisitions and Organizational Consultancy. In addition, John serves as an advisory board members and partner for other firms, which is into Trading, Engineering and Technical services , Auditing and Management Consultancy. He is a member of Institute of chartered accountants of India and is also experienced with big 4 companies. As CEO and Partner, John leads from the front, setting, implementing and monitoring the NEX Corporate strategy.
